José Wais
Having a professional experience of 35 years, having spent most of his career at Accenture and IBM, performing the role of Consulting Partner at the LATAM regional level, he led transformation programs in top-level companies on the 5 continents. In his role as a consultant, he developed and implemented world-class solutions aligning the strategy with the business process model, the technology and the organization in digital and multicultural environments. It also generated a network of alliances with Partners dedicated to innovation. He worked in various industries and developed digital platforms.
Betina Savich
As a consultant, facilitator and mentor of processes, she led digital cultural organizational transformation and talent management projects in Argentina and in the LATAM region for different industries and sectors.
She created "La Fábrica de Valor" ("The Value Factory") 15 years ago, to offer tailor-made solutions with transformative initiatives that left their mark.
She is a psychologist and all her postgraduate training is aimed to the cultural transformation of organizations and human resource management. Her main asset is her dual experience, having exercised a leadership role in the corporate environment and later in a consultative role. She is certified in Agile HR and Talent People. She also participates annually in international congresses and disseminates new knowledge and trends in the local and regional market. She is a member of international organizations linked to the development of talent in the USA, UK and Argentina, and is a teacher in the Post-graduate Training and Development at the University of Belgrano (UB).
